To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and telephone number. You undertake to promptly update your Account information whenever any registered detail changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 4.3 KYC Verification

Panen77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Account Holder at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Panen77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, all supporting Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) transactions: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and select cryptocurrency networks (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, BNB).

5.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal thresholds are specified on the Platform's banking page and may be updated from time to time. As a general guideline, the minimum MYR deposit is RM 30 and the minimum MYR withdrawal is RM 50, subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Panen77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for pre-verified accounts. However, processing times may be longer where: (a) a KYC verification request is outstanding; (b) a withdrawal triggers an internal fraud or AML review; or (c) technical delays occur on the recipient banking network. Panen77 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment instruments that have been used for a prior deposit by the same Account Holder. Panen77 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals above certain threshold amounts. Bonus funds are not withdrawable and may only be converted to real money funds upon satisfactory completion of applicable Wagering Requirements.

• Bonuses are credited exclusively in the form of non-withdrawable bonus funds unless otherwise expressly stated in the relevant promotional terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Panen77 staff, agents, or other Players;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN or proxy services to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.

• Chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the Account Holder;
• Confirmation that the Account Holder is under the age of 21;

• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach by the Player, Panen77 shall return any verified real money Balance remaining in the Account to the Player's last used payment method, subject to deduction of any outstanding bonus funds. In cases of closure due to Player breach, Panen77 reserves the right to withhold the Balance pending investigation.

Panen77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
